Construction
- A one piece cast alloy main body housing for
underwater capability
- Customized passive heat dissipation of led core
temperature designed for high ambient conditions.
- Stainless steel retaining ring, with dual rubber seals for
IP 68 rating
- Plastic polycarbonate front cover as standard,
toughened glass can be fitted as an option.
- Stainless steel inner and outer yoke.
- Outer yoke is fitted with two camloc receptacles which
fit to our standard omega bracket, for easy rig or de-rig
with clamps/ tv spigots
- Stainless steel safety bond point fitted at cable entry
position.
- 8 mm lock off knobs fitted as standard, stainless steel
bolts fitted as an option.
- 0.5 metres combined low voltage power and data
cable with 5 pin male bayonet ceep connector fitted.
- Connection is rated to IP65.
Finish
- Standard black, white or grey powder coating.
- Special paint finish available for chlorine or salt water environments.

Electronics and source
- A custom 25 watt high brightness light engine offers superior colour gamut than similar
rgb devices.
- Homogenized optic provides a blended source of 20 degrees dispersion
- 15 volt DC input voltage
- Total power draw 3.9 amps on full
- usitt DMX 512 or new RDM DMX, provides remote device management of BB 1.

Remote adjustment of
DMX Address and personality - four to choose from:
- Mode 1: 8 bit three channels
- Mode 2: 8 bit five channels (master intensity, strobe, R,G,B,)
- Mode 3: 16 bit control of R,G,B
- Mode 4: 16 bit control of Master intensity, strobe, R,G,B,
Feedback information from the fixture includes;
- Total number of hours used
- Total hours for red, green and blue, when run above 5%
Control of these parameters is from our power distribution user interface or any RDM
capable device on the market.
Power distribution box
Construction
- Aluminium inner box with outer alluminium sleeve.
- Weather protected for outdoor use in any orientation
- Ip65, can be rigged in any orientation outdoors.
- Outer sleeve is fitted on both sides with camloc receptacles for attachment of our omega
bracket for rigging or smaller mounts for easy attachment to the various rigging frames
we provide.
- Several safety bond points have also been included on the outer sleeve.
- Four 5 pin female ports are provided as standard each capable of powering one BB 1 up
to 60 metres from the power distribution box.
- A combined power and data connection are provided for both data and mains voltage
input and output.
- A weatherproof fuseholder is also provided with a slow blow 4 amp fuse.
- A further 7 pin female connection is provided for connection to an external low voltage
battery pack with optional wireless dmx
- From the onboard user interface it is possible to identify, alter the address or personality
from the power distribution box, of each fixture, without the need for an RDM device.
- The power box is hot swappable with other distros as the logic is contained within the BB 1
housing itself and the distribution box
