LD: Nick Jevons
Lighting designer Nick Jevons of Electric Fly Productions, chose the iPix Satellite LED fixtures to light key aspects of the Mogwai tour, which reached its pinnacle at the Royal Albert Hall.
Jevons said " the Satellite has a fantastic response time, it's the perfect fixture" and "the unit has been very well received".
Nick used the Satellites as truss toners and said they worked really well with their narrow beam and even illumination.
Satellites were used in and among the backline and as a small discreet effect where the instant colour mixing came into its own.
The crew and artists working with the units were impressed with their brightness and equally impressed with the lack of heat they produced.
Nick Jevons is also currently using the iPix Satellites on the current Jarvis Cocker tour.
